I always return for weekends. At my first stay, they helped me with early check-in. This place suits me perfectly: Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Coffee shop, Flat-screen TV. I can ski and store my equipment. Locker room, laundry, and lift are convenient.

The experience was lovely, can't wait to go back. We loved it, its location and staff. Great views all around the hotel. For shots visit Izakaya Asuka, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the venue.

Incredible hospitality from Happokan staff. Cosy, warm room perfect for skiing. Divine traditional breakfast. Convenient laundry facilities. Beautiful traditional rooms. Will stay again next trip.

Beds were western, not futons. Comfortable due to tiredness.
